• These 1/8 thick solid aluminium tread plates are standard on all new rod boxes, but there is no better way to upgrade an older box.

• Nightshade edition powder coated black.

• Protects the front faces of all our fly rod carriers from rocks and road debris.

• Kit includes: base tread plate, lid tread plate, and all necessary stainless steel mounting hardware.

• For older boxes mounting does require drilling four holes (two per plate) in the front of the rod box.

• Available for both 4-rod (Original-Sculpin) and 6-rod (Six Pack) versions.
