These 1/8 thick solid polished aluminium tread plates are standard on all new rod boxes, but there is no better way to upgrade an older box.
Protects the front faces of all our fly rod carriers from rocks and road debris.
Kit includes: base tread plate, lid tread plate, and all necessary stainless steel mounting hardware.
Mounting does require drilling four holes (two per plate) in the front of the rod box.
Available for both 4-rod (Original-Sculpin) and 6-rod (Six Pack) versions.
